Effiong Hung Himself For His Girlfriend Jilted Their Relationship.

23 year old student commits suicide after girlfriend jilts him
Effiong Otu,who was said to be a Student of Maritime Academy Orono,with a rope in his home in Calabar on Thursday July 10th he was found hanging after a girlfriend jilted with him in not quite long time relationship which started early this year and fell drunk in love with her.
According to a friend who reported this incident said that on Wednesday Effiong called him to tell him the girl had broken up with him for no reason and has refused to pick his calls. The friend advised him to sort things out by meeting her one on one which he did but instead of seeing her,yielding an encouraging move on, Effiong was embarrassed afterward which made him could not hold on.
He decided to give up his life.
