Due to time factors,we didn’t wait for another day in other to take their pictures,as we all know that exam is by the corner, because of this, their pictures are not too clear.
In other words, the publication of their pictures in the department,faculty and college will be tomorrow Thursday 11th September 2014.
Also,Hence,one of the winners has not sent any picture,brings about the delay in publishing their pictures in the college,faculty and departments.
