26, old guy has been arrested on Tuesday over judicious murder of 14 months old baby who was said to be family friend by a bear hug.
14-month-old boy at the child's Orangeburg home was said to have died asphyxiation after a thorough investigation.
Late last month when the child was found not breathing. Investigators believe Kemp squeezed the child.
The 26,years old Robert Christian Kemp, is now charged with involuntary manslaughter in a 14-month-old child's asphyxiation death on June 27.
