Palestine and israeli conflict continues,taking it to the peak as 74 rockets landed in Israel.
Israel steps up offensive as diplomacy kicks off.
With the rockets raining deep inside Israel,the military pummeled palestinian target Wednesday
across the Gaza Strip and threatened a broad ground offensive while the first diplomatic
effort to end the two days of heavy fighting got under way.
Egypt which has mediated before between the Israel and Hamans militants group,said it
spoke the both sides to end the violence.
At least 20 civilian were among at least 61 deaths reported by palestinian medical officials.
No serious casualties on the Israel side.
Now thousands on Israeli troops massed near the Gaza border.
