Botswana gay , Lesbian and bisexual groups took some shot as they win case- can now practice their sexual activities legally.

Today, Botswana Gays, Lesbians  and bisexuals have won a landmark legal case in the Botswana High Court;so,they can now be officially registered as a group to practice their sexual activities legally.

Terrence Rannowane was the judge that ruled the case, and according to him,the refusal of the government to register the group was unconstitutional.

In his verdict,  he also  declared "It is also not a crime to be a homosexual."

Hummmm....
